My journey commenced as the inaugural member of various Operations + People Ops roles, evolving into my last role as the Global Senior Vice President/Head of People Operations at Tagger, alongside founding Intentional Culture Ops.

 

Throughout my career, I have collaborated with diverse organizations, spanning various industries, to craft foundational strategies aimed at attracting and retaining top-tier talent. As a visionary, I have been unwavering in my commitment to establishing cultures that foster employee growth and development. From formulating innovative benefits and performance management systems to spearheading impactful DE&I strategies, I have consistently demonstrated my dedication to creating thriving workplace environments.

 

My record extends beyond strategy formulation to encompass change management, sustainable growth delivery, and the leadership of high-performing teams. I have the keen ability to identify organizational needs and have defined robust policies and procedures while mobilizing teams to enact positive change in scaling businesses and large-scale transformations.
